the School’s website may include technical, typographical, or photographic
errors. The School does not warrant that any of the materials on its web site
are accurate, complete, or current. The School may make changes to the
materials contained on its web site at any time without notice. The School does
not, however, make any commitment to update the materials.

Refund

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase but we also want you to give your best effort to apply all of the strategies in the Course. We offer a 90-day refund period, however, in order to qualify for a refund you must meet the following requirements.

In the event that you complete the Program and do not get ANY results, within 90 days of enrollment, send an email to [email protected] and submit your information (this must be done by the 90th day at 11:59 PST). You must include your completed workbook, progress photos and photos of meal prep and confirmation that you did completed the work or you will not be granted a refund. All refunds are discretionary as determined by The School.

Your request for a refund
must include:

1. Proof of completed course workbook
2. Progress photos
3. Photos of meal prep
4. Any other confirmation of completed work

Refund requests more than 90 days following the date of purchase are NOT eligible. After day 90, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment for the program regardless if you complete the program. Note: If you opted for a payment plan and you do not request a refund within 90 days, as outlined above, you are required by law to complete the remaining payments of your payment plan.

The School has not
reviewed all of the sites linked to its website and is not responsible for the
contents of any such linked site. The inclusion of any link does not imply
endorsement by the School of the site. Use of any such linked website is at the
user’s own risk.

Site Terms of Use Modifications

The School may revise
these Terms of Use for its website at any time without notice. By using this
website you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these Terms

Governing Law

Any claim relating to the
School’s website shall be governed by the laws of the School Owner’s home
jurisdiction without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
